We purchased this mixer specially for dough mixing, after using this machine it was found to be a very useful machine as it helped in our daily routine kitchen works. Highly satisfied!
Easy to use
I love this for the price. It mixes great. I've made double batches of sourdough (1000 grams flour +) and it works fine. I was really pleasantly surprised at how the fermentation heater worked so well. It is like having a proofing box for the fermentation (not for proofing shaped dough).Shortcomings:- The Bowl needs a handle -- it's large and awkward. Not as easy to clean w/o one.- The confusing display could be more user-friendly with better instructions on how to use it.- Loud beeping that you cannot turn off.
I bought this for my elderly mother when her old stand mixer went out. She can't make a heavier pound or bundt cake any more with a hand mixer alone (and I don't want to think of a world without her homemade cakes).I was looking for value and mixing bowl size so this was a no-brainer. Turns out, it's almost as big and heavy as my mom. She lives alone and, once this thing is in a location on her counter, that's where it stays until she can get someone to move it.She loves it and gushes about it's capabilities, even uses it often, but it's a monster.So, great mixer, heavy duty, sturdy, large-capacity, restraunt quality, too big for little old ladies and small kitchens.
